ePipe VPN and Security Products: Preface

Introduction

This documentation area contains technical instructions and information outlining the installation, configuration and use of the VPN and security product range. This range includes the ePipe 2100 and 2200 gateway series and the ePipe ServerWare. Throughout the documentation when ePipe 2000 is mentioned it will be referring to the gateway series and ePipe ServerWare will refer to the ePipe ServerWare concentrator versions. Before using ePipe ServerWare, ePipe 2000, or any additional feature sets, you should be familiar with the Key Networking Concepts included for your reference.

Steps 1-4 of the Quick Setup Guide included in your ePipe kit should be completed before using ePipe (see links at right for the relevant Getting Started guide). The ePipe Software & Documentation CD-ROM contains guided wizards, software, drivers and documentation to get you started.

Getting Help & Problem Reporting

ePipe ServerWare

The ePipe ServerWare Concentrator products come with telephone technical support for 12 months from the date of purchase for registered customers only. To take advantage of this free telephone technical support you must register the ePipe ServerWare Concentrator software using the registration card included in the manual. The information can be mailed or faxed with your proof of purchase. Extended support is also available for the ePipe ServerWare Concentrator products. Free software upgrades are included for the period covered by the initial support and extended support, where applicable.

ePipe 2000 Family

The ePipe 2000 series hardware products come with a 3 year warranty. The warranty includes free telephone technical support for registered customers only. To take advantage of this free telephone technical support you must register the ePipe hardware using the registration card included with the product. The information can be mailed or faxed with your proof of purchase or you may register online.

For further on-line support resources including support knowledge base, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and support contact details, refer to the Support area on the ePipe website. Alternatively Contact your local distributor or e-mail ePipe's customer support team for further information. In addition to e-mail support, ePipe offers a free telephone support service to customers whose products have been registered with ePipe.

Due to ongoing development and improvement of the entire ePipe product range, the information within this manual will be revised from time to time.
