ePipe is pleased to offer a three year warranty. If you experience any difficulty with an ePipe product, you can e-mail ePipe's customer support team or contact your local distributor. In addition to e-mail support, ePipe offers a free telephone support service to customers whose products have been registered with ePipe.

RMA procedures

Some of the benefits of using ePipe products are the extensive diagnostic tools available to the customer. If you experience a problem with your system or network, you'll often find that the diagnostics will enable you or your support provider to pinpoint the difficulty.

If you need to return your product to ePipe, please first obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) from an ePipe Service Representative. ePipe reserves the right to refuse merchandise not containing an RMA number. Authorized returns should be sent to the ePipe office in your area.The RMA number should appear on the shipping carton, on or near the address label. Because of the critical nature of our customers' systems, ePipe offers cross-shipment (this service is available to owners of registered products only). That is, upon request, we will ship the replacement part without waiting to receive the defective component from the customer. Our goal is to maximize your system or network uptime.
